Shipping Policy

Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays. Your order may be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Your order confirmation email will state the current shipment time. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Express/overnight shipping has an extra fee. The order must be placed by 12 noon EST.

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain your shipment details and the tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS.

If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at info@ashelhaircare.com. Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt number) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

If your package has been confirmed delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been confirmed delivered by USPS.

The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail.

Can I make changes or cancel my order once submitted?
We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or canceled. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email info@ashelhaircare.com immediately.

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so we can resend it to you. A small return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs. Shipping must be paid prior to us re-shipping your package. Your package must be received or attempted to be delivered prior to us making any changes or re-sending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly when checking out to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees.
